High-Performance Coaching
Build a strong base and enjoy a fresh workout every time you come to class. Elevate is designed to give you a bit of everything, helping you improve your overall fitness in a simple and enjoyable way. Each session brings a mix of movement styles, including yoga and Pilates for mobility and control, core work to strengthen your centre, cardio to get your heart rate up, and strength training using bodyweight and toning bands to build and shape muscle. No two classes are the same, so you’ll always stay challenged and engaged. This class is suitable for all levels, whether you’re new to exercise or looking to add variety to your routine. You’ll leave feeling stronger, more energised, and ready for the next session.

Our Commitment Policy
Please arrive 5 mins before the start of the session. Please if you need to cancel, you can do so 24 hours before the session. If it is any later the session may still be charged. All participants must book their space in advance. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis. Payment must be made prior to attending the class. Please arrive on time to ensure a safe and effective session. Late arrivals may not be permitted to join if it disrupts the class or increases the risk of injury. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are fit and able to take part in physical activity. By attending, you confirm that you have no medical conditions or injuries that would prevent safe participation, or that you have sought appropriate medical advice beforehand. You must inform the instructor of any relevant injuries, conditions, or changes to your health and also have filled out the medical PAR-Q. All exercises are performed at your own risk. The instructor cannot be held liable for injuries sustained during the class where reasonable care has been taken. Please follow all instructions given during the session to ensure your safety and the safety of others. Respectful behaviour is expected at all times. The instructor reserves the right to refuse participation if it is deemed unsafe for you or others, and to make changes to class times, locations, or content when necessary.
