Our Commitment Policy
By joining the online coaching programme, you agree to the following terms and structure of service. What is included Your coaching membership includes: Free initial consultation to discuss your goals, training history, and expectations Access to the coaching app where your training plan and progress are delivered A fully personalised training plan designed around your goals and lifestyle Three weekly check-ins to track progress, review performance, and make adjustments where needed Nutritional guidance including calories and macronutrient targets to support your goals 24/7 WhatsApp support for ongoing guidance, accountability, and questions One monthly coaching call that you can book at a time that suits you Monthly coaching call You are entitled to one 1 to 1 coaching call per month. It is your responsibility to book this within the month it is allocated. Calls do not roll over if unused unless otherwise agreed. Commitment period All coaching plans operate on a minimum 12 week commitment. This is essential to allow enough time to build habits, create consistency, and see meaningful progress. After the initial 12 week period, you are free to continue month to month or cancel your membership if you choose not to continue. Please note that results take time, consistency, and effort. While support and guidance are provided throughout, progress is dependent on your commitment both inside and outside of training. Payments Coaching is charged on a 4 week rolling basis. Payment is required in advance to maintain access to the programme, app, and support services. Cancellation policy You may cancel after completing the minimum 12 week commitment. Cancellations must be requested in writing before your next billing cycle to avoid further charges. General terms The coaching programme is designed for educational and fitness support purposes only. It is your responsibility to ensure you are medically fit to participate in exercise and follow nutritional guidance. The coach reserves the right to adjust programming, services, or policies where necessary to maintain quality and fairness of service.
