Our Commitment Policy

Events Policy By booking an event, you agree to the following terms: Bookings & Payments All event bookings must be paid for in advance to secure your place. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. Tickets may be transferred to another person with prior notice and approval. Health & Safety Participation is at your own risk. Please ensure you are medically fit to take part in the activities provided. If you have any injuries, medical conditions, or concerns, please inform the coach before the event begins. Weather & Event Changes Some events may be affected by weather conditions. If an event is cancelled by mpithersfit or a collaborating partner, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future event. Event schedules, locations, or activities may be amended if necessary. Liability mpithersfit and its event partners accept no responsibility for loss, theft, damage to personal belongings, or injury sustained during the event, except where required by law.
